For today’s ICONS seminar we have an inhouse ICFOnian, Dr. Gianvito Lucivero, talking about the “Physics Without Borders” (PhyABo) non-profit initiative. Quoting Gianvito, Physics Without Borders “is a non-profit organization with the objective of creating a world-wide network of physicists to exploit their know-how and technology to solve social and environmental problems. PhyABo projects aim at improving communities life conditions in terms of environmental sustainability, social equity, global health and access to science.”
